Mobile Homes eligible for the Obama First Time Home Buyer Credit are those purchased on or after Jan. 1, 2009, and before Dec. 1, 2009. The tax credit is a part of President Barack Obama's $787 billion economic stimulus package, and can even be used as part of your down payment under some loan programs.
